Price List
Tourist tax is included in the nightly rate.
Payment and cancellation policy:
An advance payment of 30% of the reservation value is required via bank transfer.
In case of cancellation up to 60 days before the arrival date, the deposit will be fully refunded.
In case of cancellation from 30 to 60 days before the arrival date, 50% of the deposit will be refunded.
In all other cases of cancellation and no-shows, the deposit is non-refundable.
Upon arrival, a deposit of 500.00 Euros in cash is required for each reservation.
The deposit is intended to cover damages and will be returned to the guest upon departure if no damage has been caused.
